First week of class and already so much to do. Working on a collection requires a lot of planning and it's easy to get swept away by the avalanche of work that comes up. I decided to start the bigger, more meticulous things first so it's not a huge worry later on. My first achievement was dyeing my silks, which turned out amazing! Getting things ready has been very exciting because it gives me a clear vision of what should happen, how it will turn out, and how it might be received. I'm very excited to show you this process throughout the semester so stay tuned!
