Week One: 'Trying to find the starting line.'
The focus of this first week has been finding models and deciding which looks they will wear. Within the next seven days, these models will fill out their measurement sheets, which will help the designer plan out the required material amounts. While the designer waits for the numbers, she will start designing and finalizing all printed textiles' surface design and sourcing materials.
So far, the Models include Samuel Borisch (24), Cyril Mayne (21), Abbi Borisch (15), and Arlo Mayne (17). They plan to wear garments 8, 1, 6, and 2.
Possible Models going forward, if needed: Rachael (Cassadia?) (24), Alexis Brannan (39), Daniella Harris (33). These will be considered based on construction timeframes and whether the designer will wear one of the looks.
